From Bricks to Breakthroughs - Strategy, Built by Doing

MBA students at Prestige University engaged in a LEGO®️ Serious Play®️ workshop, translating abstract strategy into tangible models—one brick at a time.

Moving beyond slides and simulations, the session embodied our belief that ideas acquire meaning when they are constructed, tested, and communicated. Through collaborative building, students explored strategy as a process of framing problems, aligning perspectives, and creating shared understanding—skills essential for real-world decision-making.

At PU, immersive pedagogy is not an add-on; it is central to how we prepare future leaders - to think, to build, and to act with clarity in complex environments.

Prestige University Vice Chancellor Prof. Keyoor Purani recently contributed to a national conversation on the role of artificial intelligence in learning in a multi-expert feature published by India Today.

In the article, Prof. Purani highlights three key perspectives in the debate on AI and learning:
1. Concerns about cognitive offloading must be understood in the context of education systems that have long prioritized information retrieval over meaning-making.
2. AI has largely exposed and accelerated this existing tendency, rather than creating it.
3. If AI-generated responses can easily pass academic evaluation, the issue lies equally in assessment design and pedagogical practices, not just the technology.
