This is to inform you that the Editorial board of Medi-Caps University is here with some exciting competitions for you all in 2k18 Literary week. Here is the list of competitions:-

*10th October*
1. Comic Quiz (DC-MARVEL based) - 1:00pm- 3:00pm
2. Mytho Quiz (Hindu, Greek, Roman and Egyptian(only in final round) - 3:00pm- 5:00pm

Hello everyone!
We are elated to inform all of you, who have been waiting to see their write-ups and photos in the magazine, that Abhivyakti - The Annual University Magazine - has arrived. The distribution of magazines will start as soon as we receive all the copies. So keep calm, come to college daily (LOL) and wait for someone to knock on your door to hand it over to you.

So, are we at rest now? Of course not! We have started to plan for the next magazine and the board will strive to keep up the good work. Here comes another good news regarding this. The results for The Editorial Test are out!

We thank you for the response we received from you people in our recent events. We really appreciate the talent we got to watch there.

Also, you might be thinking of Abhivyakti - The University Magazine. We request you to wait just some more days to get your hands on it.

Now, the most important announcement we have for you all is that The Editorial Board is recruiting! This is your once in a year opportunity to get into the most esteemed organization of the university. If you are a grammar n**i, have a sense of good and bad content, or good at graphic designing, you would not want to miss this chance to put your skills into some recognisable work and even get to add a professional touch to them.

Recruitment is open for 2nd and 3rd year students from all branches and programs (B.Tech., BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, B.Sc., M.Sc.), and some very deserving students from 1st year too. Also, we are inclined to recruit atleast one student from each program. This means you have slightly higher chance to work with us this year.

Below is the Google Form link for your registration for the Editorial Recruitment Test, which is a written test to check your editing skills.

Candidates for the DESIGNING TEAM need not to worry about this test. They just have to register for the test and submit their best ever work to us via e-mail latest by September 19, 2018 03:00 PM.

Hello everyone!

IDIOLECT 2k18 is near and we are ready to introduce you to brainstorming challenges in this season. So buckle up as we are opening our 1st round of YUVA SANSAD, which is the one-on-one panel discussion on some of the hot topics related to our country. Don't worry! We won't leave you unprepared before you arrive at the battleground. Below is the list of topics, one of which will be faced by you in Round 1 (to be held on March 24 1:00PM at Medi-Caps University).

The topics are as follows:-
1.) कश्मीर से धारा 370 हटाई जानी चाहिए और संविधान मे इसे समाप्त किया जाना चाहिए।
2.) क्या समान नागरिक संहिता लागू की जानी चाहिए?
3.) जातिगत आरक्षण व्यवस्था को समाप्त किया जाना चाहिए ।
4.) अभिव्यक्ति की आजादी असीमित नहीं होनी चाहिए ।
5.) राजनीतिक पार्टियों को चंदे की जानकारी सार्वजनिक करनी चाहिए।
6.) BCCI की तर्ज पर ही बाकि खेल संस्थाओं को स्वायत्तता प्रदान की जानी चाहिए ।
7.) सिनेमा का समाज पर प्रभाव
8.) सरकारी नौकरियों और सांसदों पर भी "no work no pay" लागू किया जाना चाहिए ।
9.) बोर्ड परीक्षाओं में नकल पर लगाम कैसे लगाई जा सकती हैं?
10.) नजी संस्थानों को भी देश की आधारभूत संरचनाओं के विकास में निवेश करना चाहिए ।
11.) क्या भारत को भी तीव्र विकास के लिए चीन की तर्ज पर लोकतंत्र का त्याग कर देना चाहिए?
12.) सोशल मीडिया के प्रभाव में आकर बच्चे उम्र से पहले बड़े हो रहे हैं ।

Happy new semester to everyone!

We know you all are waiting for results of Ukero Competition held on October 17, 2017. We have finally compiled the results. All your articles were very well written and amazing to read! Although we were to announce only two winners, your writings pushed us to appreciate your talent consequently announcing three winners instead.
