"Quality is everywhere", we always believe this and always say this. FAQ, is trying to spread QUALITY everywhere, and when we say everywhere we mean it. Now we have spread our wings of quality to The United States of America by training Mr. Shreyans Kothari From Wayne State University. He had shared his thoughts with us about Quality and FAQ which we would like to share with all of you, please read.

Pranaam Sir,

It's been almost 2 years since I completed my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with mixed yet more sweet
results (the A grade). Though I dint get a chance to implement or use it instantly or any time soon, but
LSSGB had been one of the most important knowledge I treasure day in day out.
The fact that everything one does is a process, but it needs an eye to find and believe that it need some
change for better, made me realize that nothing can and shall be seen as performing good. Everything
has room for improving something, small or big, and makes it a better deliverable.
One such example is a project on which I worked recently. A highly complicated and widely spread
process in three faculty buildings was indeed a challenge to take, which was long due and pending in the
company. Indian processes are also same, complicated and with least room for adjustment.
Nevertheless, there is a unique way of solving these as well. Reverse engineering or Bottom Up
approach, which gives the final output product the utmost importance and the product cannot be
changed or tweaked. Not everyone gets a chance to experience or see an example of it but knowing it
for tricky situations is of high importance. Many books, articles, papers, videos etc. sources suggest
following the A-Z method, which would lead to confusions in these complex situations. I learned it
during the Analyze phase of Green Belt training and could use it when needed.
There are many things which I learned with/from e'NV'y Sir (yes I envy him big time for having some
exclusive knowledge) and over time they have proved to be one of the most important learning's for me
in professional as well as personal world.
An important part of his teaching is the connection to our roots, the 50 centuries old or the 500 decades
old or 5000 years old traditions. The ancient times of Ramayana and Mahabharata when India's most
taught genius brains existed, who knew all what we have big technical terms for as Six Sigma, Lean,
Kaizen, and TQM etc. etc. Recall that Abhimanyu knew how to pe*****te chakravyuh, but he had no clue
about how to come out of it. Problems are similar to chakravyuh and you are the Abhimanyu. Get into it,
use the method, follow the steps and you would come out with a bulls eye as Arjun hit on the birds eye.
Some do's and don’ts for new learners:
Do's: forget the outside world and free your mind to think freely and beyond the bounding limits you
experience daily.
Don’ts: Do not presume that this aint going to help you or work for you! It took me 1 year before I could
use it again on professional front, while I used the learning's in personal life processes during the off
time. The one year was important in developing me. It helped me in establishing an integrated and
introspected understanding for my daily experiences.
In the end, I would like to thank you for sharing across your great brain and knowledge and keeping me
motivated throughout this continuing journey of learning.
Prayers n Wishes
Thanks n Regards
Shreyans Kothari

Hello every one, its been a long time that we here at FAQ are continuously putting efforts to make people aware about QUALITY and its concept through SIX SIGMA, now we are expanding our boundaries with quality and reaching across the globe, one of our students is in Beijing- China, has just provided its valuable feed back to us, which is of-course worth sharing with all of the QUALITY aspirants, so people read it and make your way towards QUALITY, towards FAQ.

He wrote :

"No Copy, No following from anyone else and No big words, but very meaningful for the students who don't know the meaning of "QUALITY" in their lives."

It’s always being a pleasure to be a part of FAQ. I am always thankful to Vishwarup Sir for his continuous support, sharing his knowledge and experience all along the way of growth and success. Six Sigma professionals never fail, so I don’t want to talk about failure.

During my MBA, I heard from one of my friend about Six Sigma and FAQ. I was in confusion whether to invest extra money in other certification or not. At that time, my feeling was just to add an extra quality or just a certification to my CV to get a job after MBA.

Well, things really changed after I joined FAQ and attendedthe classes given by Vishwarup Sir. Those first 7 days in FAQ changed my thinking about life. Started from there, I never look back, applied six sigma in manufacturing, call-centers, logistics, services and now working on six sigma in Education.

It’s all became possible from FAQ’s learning and support from Vishwarup Sir. I really admire the support from Vishwaup Sir. I got advices from him even in his busy time and busy working schedules.

People say Six Sigma is a philosophy. I think it’s a practice, just like a medical practitioner and Vishwarup Sir is the best mentor to explain you “how to practice it?”

Thanks to Sir and FAQ.
