The evaluation was conducted under the leadership and guidance of Shri Palash Garg, with a panel comprising Mr. MukeshK.Tiwari, COO, Diversitec General Engineering Pvt. The Faculty of Agriculture, Medicaps University, successfully conducted the Rural Agricultural Work Experience (RAWE) programme for final-year B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture students at Datoda Village.

The programme provided practical exposure through farmer–student interaction, rural engagement, and learning about region-specific agricultural technologies. Students were allotted to farmers, giving them the opportunity to learn directly from the true mentors of agriculture—our farmers.

RAWE offered students valuable firsthand experience of farming practices and the realities of rural agriculture
