Jarbom Gamlin Government Law College, Jote, successfully organized its Orientation-cum-Induction Programme today for the incoming 2026–27 academic session, marking a memorable beginning for the new batch of first-year law students.
The occasion was graced by Ms. Mamu Hage, IAS, Deputy Commissioner of Papum Pare, as the Chief Guest. Addressing the newly admitted students, Ms. Hage encouraged them to cultivate dedication, integrity, and a deep sense of social responsibility as they stepped into the legal profession. She emphasized the crucial role lawyers play as defenders of justice and key contributors to constitutional governance.
The institution's faculty members acquainted the freshers with the academic curriculum, institutional culture, campus facilities, and the high standards of discipline expected throughout their legal education.
