*Jal se Jeevan : Save Narmada River Campaign*
As part of Environmental Studies, MBA and B.Com students under the guidance of Dr Himangini Singh, UIM, RDVV, were engaged in a field-based campaign activity at Gwarighat, Jabalpur โ a place of deep religious significance, yet facing serious environmental challenges.
Students observed how certain practices, though rooted in faith, are unintentionally contributing to the pollution of the Narmada River.
Students interacted with local residents and visitors, spreading awareness about the importance of maintaining a clean and sustainable river ecosystem and why should they take responsibility as aware citizens
Campaign was followed by the presentation that showed transformation from passive observers to active change-makers
