Our team — Dr. Sonika Saxena, Dr Sandeep K. Shrivastava, Dr. Abhimanyu Sharma, Dr. Aditi Nag, and Dr. Niha Kulshreshtha — visited TISC–IIT Jodhpur to explore opportunities that can strengthen our startup, innovation, research, and student ecosystem.

We are immensely proud to congratulate Dr. Sudipti Arora, Director & Environmental Research Scientist, BIBT, on taking over as Chairwoman – Indian Women Network (IWN), Confederation of Indian Industry Rajasthan Chapter. 👏🌸

This remarkable achievement is a testament to her leadership, expertise, and continued commitment towards creating meaningful impact in the fields of environment, sustainability, research, and women-led growth.

We were honoured to welcome Prof. Chetan Singh Solanki, fondly known as “The Solar Man of India,” to our institute for an inspiring session.

The session was an engaging conversation that encouraged our students to pause, reflect, and rethink the relationship between our planet, our choices, and the sustainable future we wish to create. 🌍

The Independence Day was celebrated at with immense enthusiasm, patriotic spirit and a strong vision for the India of tomorrow. The campus came alive with inspiring speeches, powerful performances and heartfelt expressions of love for our nation.

We were honoured to welcome Mr. Vinod Kalani & Ms. Sunita kalani, Cris Pharma (India) Limited | Oasis I-Tech Pvt. Ltd. | Oasis Test House (AHM) LLP, as the Chief Guests of the celebration. 🔬✨ A Distinguished Scientific Leader Visits !

We are delighted and honoured to share that Padma Shri Prof. (Dr.) Ashutosh Sharma, Institute Chair Professor at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and former Secretary, Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, visited Dr. B. Lal Institute of Biotechnology (BIBT) and Dr. B. Lal Clinical Laboratory.

During his visit, Prof. Sharma explored our research initiatives, advanced laboratory facilities and academic environment. He appreciated the institute’s efforts towards fostering a strong culture of research, innovation and experiential learning, while creating an environment where students can gain meaningful hands-on laboratory training and industry-relevant exposure.

The interactive laboratory environment at BIBT, complemented by practical learning opportunities, plays an important role in preparing students to confidently transition from classroom learning to real-world scientific and industry applications. 🧬🔬

His visit was a prestigious opportunity for the BIBT community to interact with and learn from one of India’s eminent scientific leaders. His insights and perspectives on science, research, innovation and the evolving landscape of biotechnology served as a source of inspiration for our students, researchers and faculty.
