Born in Bangkok, with ancestry tracing back to Thai royalty, she has been a judge on MasterChef Thailand since 2017, known for her meticulous and honest critiques. She is also the founder of Deva Recipe by Chef Pom, a cooking school in Bangkok.
At Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, Chef Pom will lead an exclusive Thai culinary workshop for our Term 3 Culinary students, sharing her expertise and heritage through live cooking demonstrations.
Guest Chef Pooja Dhingra is a renowned Indian pastry chef, entrepreneur, author, and TV personality. She founded in Mumbai in 2010, introducing artisanal French desserts to India and earning the nickname “Macaron Queen of India.”
In 2025, she became the first Indian and first female chef to receive the La Liste Pastry Game Changer Award. She is also a judge on MasterChef India. During this event, Chef Pooja will lead a pastry workshop for our Term 2 Pastry students, offering a live demonstration and sharing her creative process and professional journey in the pastry world.
