Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College and Research Centre organised a Plantation Drive on its campus to promote environmental awareness, sustainability and the importance of nurturing a greener environment.
The event was graced by the presence of:
* Program Director, NGO S**C MACAY – Miss Anu Chandoke
* President, THE EARTH ASSOCIATION – Dr. Hemlata Sharma
* CEO, SKG – CA Shraddha Agarwal
* Dean of Academics – Dr. Arun Chougle
* Principal – Prof. Dr. Yogeshwari Gupta
The dignitaries, along with faculty members and students, actively participated in planting saplings and spreading the message of environmental conservation.
Miss Anu Chandoke, Program Director, NGO S**C MACAY, appreciated the institution’s efforts towards creating environmental awareness among young healthcare professionals and highlighted the importance of connecting nature, culture and community well-being.
Dr. Hemlata, President, Earth Eco Foundation, emphasised the significance of collective efforts towards environmental conservation and encouraged students to take an active role in protecting nature.
CA Shraddha Agarwal, CEO, SKG, along with Dr. Arun Chougle, Dean of Academics, and Prof. Dr. Yogeshwari Gupta, Principal, motivated the students to contribute towards building a cleaner, greener and more sustainable campus.
The plantation drive reflected the institution’s commitment to holistic health, environmental responsibility and sustainable development, reinforcing the message that a healthy environment is an integral part of a healthy society.
