FMS-IRM has signed an MoU with Berger Paints India Ltd., an important milestone in our industry-academia collaboration. This partnership opens the way for placement opportunities, industry exposure and skill development for our PGDM / PGDM-RM students.

A truly memorable session at ๐…๐Œ๐’-๐ˆ๐‘๐Œ with Professor ๐„.๐•. ๐†๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ž๐ฌ๐ก, ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐›๐š๐ข, an international transformational speaker, success coach and certified administrator of Thomas PPA-HJA, who shared the idea of "๐‘ƒ๐‘–๐‘๐‘ก๐‘ข๐‘Ÿ๐‘’ ๐‘ƒ๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘“๐‘’๐‘๐‘ก ๐‘†๐‘ข๐‘๐‘๐‘’๐‘ ๐‘ " with our students.

The power of visualizing a successful and happy self with a smiling face was at the heart of the session.

One clear message of session: love what you do, and choose yourself without fear of surroundings, opposition or complaints about the system.

Emotional Intelligence, managing emotions, letting go, and the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) ideas of sankalpa and dhyana were woven through an entertaining session full of deep life lessons.

It concluded with a guided meditation by ๐๐ซ๐š๐ก๐ฆ๐š๐ค๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ข ๐’๐ก๐ž๐ž๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐ƒ๐ข๐๐ข, along with positive affirmations.

FMS-IRM Jaipur warmly welcomed the 39th PGDM & PGDM-RM Batch (2026โ€“28) with UDBHAV 2026, the annual Freshersโ€™ celebration marking the beginning of a new academic journey.

The evening commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by a vibrant celebration featuring a ramp walk, cultural performances, music, dance and engaging activities that fostered interaction, teamwork and camaraderie among the new batch.

A key highlight of the evening was the Mr. Fresher & Ms. Fresher competition, where students showcased their confidence, personality, communication skills and stage presence.
