Swirling glasses. Decoding aromas. Learning beyond textbooks.
This World Whisky Day, our students stepped into the fascinating world of whisky through an immersive Whisky Nosing Session. From understanding whisky production and exploring different whisky styles to mastering label terminologies, it was a sensory learning experience like no other.
Through blind aroma exercises, students identified primary & secondary notes using cinnamon, clove, vanilla pods, honey, and more, sharpening their sensory analysis skills like true hospitality professionals.
Because hospitality education is not just about serving… it’s about experiencing, understanding, and appreciating the craft.
