A Group Discussion was organized by Department of Management of Lyallpur Khalsa College Technical Campus on “Artificial Intelligence: A New Engine of Indian Economic Growth” and “Can India Become a Developed Economy by 2047” for BCOM-3 Sem students.
YES, India can become a developed economy by 2047 with continuous economic growth, technological advancement, and strong government policies. Improvements in education, healthcare, infrastructure, employment, and skill development will play an important role in achieving this goal. However, India must also address challenges such as poverty, unemployment, and income inequality. I believe that with the collective efforts of the government, businesses, and citizens, India can achieve its vision of becoming a developed nation by 2047.
Artificial Intelligence can become a powerful engine of Indian economic growth by improving productivity, encouraging innovation, and creating new business opportunities. It can transform sectors such as education, healthcare, agriculture, and manufacturing. However, India must focus on AI skills, responsible use of technology, and job creation to ensure inclusive economic growth.
