SoCTA-2017 was organized at Bundelkhand University Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India in technical association with MIR Labs, USA. he objective of SoCTA is to provide a common platform to researchers, academicians, scientists and industrialists working in the area of soft computing to share and exchange their views and ideas on the theory and application of soft computing techniques in multi disciplinary areas.. All accepted and registered papers will be included in the conference proceedings to expected be published by Springer.

Guidelines for Outstanding Doctoral Thesis

- The candidate should have received the doctoral degree not before 2017.

- The candidate should send a soft copy of the thesis in pdf format to the email id [email protected].

- The candidate will have to make a presentation on the thesis before a 3 member committee.

- The candidate will have to register (Rs. 2000/- for Indian candidates, $ 200/- for foreign candidates).

- The candidate should provide a letter/ certificate from the supervisor.
