🚀Godavari .0 Concludes with 24 Hours of Innovation, Creativity & Coding Excellence!💻✨

A landmark celebration of technology and innovation, Godavari Hackathon 1.0, organized by Godavari College of Engineering & Polytechnic, Jalgaon, concluded successfully after an intense 24-hour non-stop coding challenge held from 14th to 15th May 2026.

Centered around the theme “Innovation to Impact,” the hackathon brought together some of the brightest engineering minds from across the nation to solve real-world challenges through technology-driven solutions.

The grand event commenced with the auspicious Saraswati Poojan in the presence of distinguished dignitaries:

💫✨🏵️ Successfully Concluded at Godavari College of Engineering, Jalgaon🏵️✨💫

A grand District-Level Job Fair was successfully organized on 4th May 2026 at GF's Godavari College of Engineering, Jalgaon. The event was jointly conducted by the , and , Jalgaon, Godavari College of Engineering, Jalgaon, and , Pimple Saudagar, Pune.

The job fair commenced on Monday, 4th May 2026 at 10:00 AM at the college premises. More than 200 students registered for the event. Students from various engineering streams participated enthusiastically and took full advantage of this opportunity.

The program began with a registration and guidance session, followed by presentations from representatives of various industries, who briefed students about available job roles and opportunities.

The selection process was conducted in multiple stages, including written tests, technical interviews, and personal interviews. Students actively participated throughout the day-long process.

Several reputed companies participated in the job fair, including Proxima Global Solutions LLP, Trivim Techno Crafts Pvt. Ltd., Prosar Industries (Pune), Protovoc Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Mumbai), Chhabi Electricals (Jalgaon), Speciality Sintered Products Ltd. (Satara), Manraj Automobiles (Jalgaon), EngiArz Pvt. Ltd. (Satara), NBT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Pune), Kiran Machine Tools (Jalgaon), Star Fabricators (Jalgaon), Godavari Foundation, Yuva Shakti Foundation, and Ques Corp Pvt. Ltd.

These organizations conducted recruitment drives for various roles in engineering, mechanical, electrical, electronics, automation, information technology, production, and management sectors. Some companies also offered training-cum-placement opportunities.

At the end of the selection process, a significant number of students were successfully selected and offered job opportunities, creating a sense of achievement and happiness among participants.

The success of this event was made possible due to the dedicated efforts of Dr. Vijaykumar Wankhede (Training and Placement Officer, Godavari College of Engineering, Jalgaon) and his team. The program was conducted successfully under the guidance of Principal Dr. Vijaykumar Patil.

The Training and Placement Department, faculty members, and students played a crucial role in the success of this initiative. The college administration emphasized that such activities will continue to be organized to enhance students’ employability and industry readiness.

Overall, the large participation of students, presence of reputed industries, and significant number of selections made this job fair highly successful and a milestone for students’ bright future.
