Day 0 (Optional): Friday, January 3, 2025 - Lectures/Workshops by alumni/industry experts, Focused Discussions about contributions by interested alumni, Jalgaon site-seeing.

Day 1 (Compulsory): Saturday, January 4, 2025 - Main event, Panel Discussion, Visit to Govt. Poly. & GCOEJ, Alumni Association General Body Meeting, Executive Council Meeting, Cultural Programme.

Day 2 (Optional): Sunday, January 5, 2025 - Sports bonanza (Alumni Vs. Students Cricket match), Lectures/Workshops by alumni/industry experts, Feedback, Jalgaon site-seeing.
