🌼✨ Celebration of International Labour Day & Buddha Purnima ✨🌼

Grizzly College of Education celebrated International Labour Day 💼 and Buddha Purnima 🪷 with great enthusiasm under the joint initiative of IQAC and NSS Unit.

The programme began with floral tribute 🌸 to Lord Buddha and lighting of the lamp 🪔 by the Principal, faculty members, trainees, and supporting staff. A cake-cutting ceremony 🎂 made the occasion memorable, followed by sharing of experiences by staff.

Support staff were honored with gifts 🎁 and certificates for their dedication. Umbrellas ☂️ were distributed in the adopted village, spreading care and awareness.

The Principal inspired everyone to follow the teachings of Buddha and respect the dignity of labour 🙏.

Together, celebrating dignity of labour and the path of wisdom! 💙🪷

🌍🌱 Promoting Environmental Awareness through Education 🌱🌍
Grizzly College of Education (Autonomous) successfully organized an internal seminar for trainee students on the occasion of Earth Day 2026! 🙏🎉

The seminar on “Role of Teachers in Environmental Protection” was conducted under the aegis of IQAC in collaboration through an MoU with Ramesh Prasad Yadav Teachers’ Training College, Koderma 🤝. The programme began with lamp lighting and tribute to Goddess Saraswati 🪔🌸, followed by insightful presentations and poster displays by trainees 🎨📊.

Keynote Speaker, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar, Assistant Professor of Ramesh Prasad Yadav Teacher's Training College, shared valuable insights, while Principal Dr. Mohit Kumar Tiwari highlighted the vital role of teachers in safeguarding our environment 🌏📚.

Together, nurturing responsibility towards a greener future! 💚🌿

Celebrating the Vision of Equality & Education 📖✨

(Autonomous) observed Ambedkar Jayanti 2026 with deep respect and vibrant participation! 🙏🎉

The programme began with floral tributes to Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar 🪷, followed by inspiring speeches, cultural performances, and a panel discussion on constitutional values 🇮🇳. Our students honored his legacy through skits, poems, and reflections on social justice and learning 📚🕊️.

Extending Babasaheb’s message of upliftment, we visited our adopted village Inderwatand and shared eatables — fruits, biscuits & sweets 🍎🍪🍬 — along with stationery kits containing notebooks, pencils, erasers & crayons ✏️📒🖍️ with the children.

Together for knowledge, dignity, and service. 💙

Educational Survey Conducted Successfully at 📚🏫

The B.Ed. trainees of Grizzly College of Education successfully conducted an Educational Survey in *Gumo village, Jhumri Telaiya* under the joint aegis of the Research & Development Cell and National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit 🌿📊. The survey was conducted on the topic *“A Field Survey on Awareness of Digital Education in Rural Community”* 💻📖.

Trainees visited Gumo village and collected important information regarding the level of digital education, awareness, need, and usefulness of digital learning in the present scenario 📝📱. The activity helped trainees understand the role of digital education in rural development and strengthened their research and communication skills 🤝✨.

District NSS Nodal Officer *Mr. Saurabh Sharma* highlighted the importance of digital education in empowering rural communities 🌍💡📑.

Assistant Professors *Dr. Pooja Kumari, Mr. Sanjeet Kumar, and Ms. Khushboo Kumari* played an important role in successfully organizing the survey 👏🎓.

The six-day Employability Skills Training Programme organised by IQAC at College of Education concluded successfully 🌟. Resource person Ms. Nisha Roy from Naandi Foundation, Hyderabad provided insightful sessions on soft skills, communication, digital identity, PPT skills, emotional intelligence, and interview preparation 💼🗣️.

The programme focused on personality development, body language, and professional growth through engaging activities and presentations 👏. The Principal highlighted the importance of technical and soft skills in today’s competitive world 💡.

Trainees shared feedback, presented reports, and outstanding participants were recognised and awarded 🏆🎉.

A Swachhta Padyatra Rally was organised today on the occasion of Shaheed Diwas at Grizzly College of Education (Autonomous) under NSS Unit and Mera Yuva Bharat, Koderma 🌟. The programme began with floral tribute to Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev 🙏.

Volunteers conducted a cleanliness drive in adopted village Inderwatand and spread awareness among villagers about hygiene and health 🏡✨. The initiative witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty 👏.

The Employability Skills Training Programme commenced today, 18th March 2026, at Grizzly College of Education (Autonomous) for B.Ed. Session 2025–27 and will continue till 25th March 2026 📅. The programme is being organised by IQAC in collaboration with Naandi Foundation associated with Mahindra Pride Classroom 🌟 .

The initiative aims to enhance communication skills, personality development, and overall employability of trainees 💼😊. Resource person Ms. Nisha Roy is conducting engaging and interactive sessions to prepare students for future career opportunities 👩‍🏫.

A blood donation camp was organised at Grizzly College of Education in collaboration with the National Service Scheme Unit–1 and Sadar Hospital Koderma 🌟. Assistant Professor Mr. Anil Das, Faculties, Staff and members of KSH Youth Foundation donated blood, spreading a message of humanity 😊.

Nodal Officer Mr. Saurabh Sharma emphasised the importance of blood donation, urging young people to donate blood and save lives ❤️. The camp saw participation from Dr. Shailendra Verma, Grizzly School members, college trainees, and staff 👨‍⚕️. The event was a huge success with a great turnout 👏👍.

The two-day Annual Sports Competition started with great enthusiasm at Grizzly College of Education. The event was inaugurated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in the presence of guests, faculty members, and trainees. 🎀👏

Day one featured exciting events like 100m and 200m races, relay race, spoon race, shot put, javelin throw, discus throw, needle-thread race, and tug of war. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🥇

Participants displayed excellent talent, confidence, and true sportsmanship. Winners were honored for their outstanding performances. 🏅🌟

The program highlighted the importance of sports in building physical fitness, mental strength, and teamwork. 🎉🙌💪
