The Rajmati Parichand Bothra Memorial Jiaganj College of Engineering &Technology (RPBMJCET), a brainchild of Sri Sankar Mandal, an educationist &Chairman of Jiaganj- Ajimganj Municipality and implemented by some board minded, generous, progressive, dedicated & devoted dignitaries of this locality has been established in the year 2006 and registered under :
i) West Bengal Societies Registration Act

. The main aims & objectives of the society are the overall development of the area in which it is situated by spreading proper education presently at the Diploma in Engineering level at a reasonably lower cost with all modern facilities of well versed faculty members, adequately equipped laboratory, computerized library containing latest edition of books & journals, games & sports, quiz, cultural activities etc. To achieve this target, the mother society viz. has already established the following institutes:

1. A Vocational Institution (Murshidabad Model Institution for 10 + 2 Level ) in the year 2005
2. Baluchar Primary Teachers' Training Institute (Baluchar PTTI) has been established in the year 2004
3. A STVT Centre extended by Murshidabad College of Engg. & Tech. Obviously this Polytechnic Institution is a new addition to the endeavor. The Society has also very keen intention to start a degree engineering college shortly. In the Managing Committee , the Society has the following distinguished personalities:
4. A Paramedical course for VIII Pass outs since 2006 in MMI.
5. Approval obtained for Jiaganj Nursing Training Centre from this year
6. Applied recently for establishment of a new B.Ed College in the name of Baluchar Teachers Training Institute.

This is to inform all the students of RPBM JCET that due to multiple requests received from the students and their guardians, the authority has decided to extend the date of tuition fees and assignment submission till 15/07/2020.
This is the final deadline and will not be extended anymore in the future.
Therefore, submit your assignments within the specified time to your respective HODs. Note that the sessional/final semester marks depend on the submitted assignments.
