The School of Liberal Arts (SoLA) in IIT Jodhpur aspires to be a forerunner in Liberal Arts education and research by establishing inter and transdisciplinary research collaborations and pedagogic innovations that sit centrally at the intersections of liberal arts, scientific, and technological domains across the country and abroad. Through an open approach, it will strive to equip and enable the students for the challenges of the future while turning them into global citizens and able thinkers with an awareness of the needs and demands of contemporary society.

The School of Liberal Arts, IIT Jodhpur congratulates Prof. Ankita Sharma for organizing and chairing the symposium, “From AI Fluency to Wisdom Infrastructure: Toward Relational Models of Societal Wellbeing,” at the Annual Convention of the National Academy of Psychology (NAOP).

The session brought together experts from psychology, neuropsychiatry, organizational studies, and ethics to critically examine the impact of AI on human judgment, governance, and collective wellbeing.

The discussion emphasized that a humane AI future must strengthen collective wisdom, relational care, and human responsibility.
