The Nav Varsh Theme Lunch was more than a culinary showcase - it was a real-world hospitality experience.

From planning and production to service and operations, our SY Culinary Arts students took charge of every department, bringing India’s diverse culinary traditions to life with professionalism, teamwork, and creativity.

The experience was further elevated by the presence of Chef Andreas Kurfurst, Culinary Consultant, whose industry insights inspired our students to think beyond the kitchen and embrace excellence.
