NATYANIDHI INSTITUTE OF PERFORMING ARTS
This renowned institute depict the undaunted and dedicated service of the Guru Parampara to the ancient classical Indian art form of Bharatha Natyam and Kuchipudi, universally acclaimed to be an epitome of Indian cultural ethos, and unfolds a significant phase of the saga of seven successive generations, which deserves to be etched in letters of gold. NATYAN
IDHI continues to perform par excellence with the aim to promote the Classical Indian dance forms of Bharathanatyam as well as Kuchipudi. In order to achieve an all-round effective learning of the art, the school also conducts theory and thalam classes and Nattuvangam. The school is well-known for spotting young talents and nurturing them into professional performing artistes. One of the distinct features of Guru Vasanth Kiran's teaching method is the creation of an intensive learning environment where the students can closely interact, meditate, encourage and discipline each other, discovering their individual interpretations and performing styles instead of blindly copying some "standard" dancer's movements and manner. To help our students reach their full performing and creative potential
To help them develop an understanding and respect for the culture of India
To help them acquire a passionate appreciation of all forms of dance transcending national and religious borders, and give them an insight into the makings of dance. Classes begin with prayers and physical salutations to God and to the teacher. Besides learning the dance skills, it is important that students develop pride in their accomplishments, and gain self-confidence and leadership qualities. We therefore take personal interest in every student and instill the values of commitment and discipline. ARANGETRAM(Solo debut) would be conducted to the students who successfully gains the confidence of the Guru over years.
