Official FB Page of Entrepreneurship-Cell, KGEC.Page of Kalyani Government Engineering College: www.facebook.com/KGEC.ECELL We believe innovation invigorates human change and progression and the specific instrument for innovation is entrepreneurship – the act that endows resources with a new competence to create wealth. To start up on your own you need essentially three things.
• Ideas
• Passion and
• Guidance to convert the ideas. All three of them together in life are a rarity. E-cell KGEC is an endeavor to provide every individual who desires these three ingredients at the same time and at the same place. Its aim is to create the requisite support structure that an individual needs in his quest for the unknown and unexplored zone of entrepreneurship.

When the world believed global smartphone brands would always dominate, Rahul Sharma saw an opportunity to build technology for India.

He didn't just create a smartphone company—he built products that solved real Indian problems like affordability, battery life, and accessibility. For a moment, Micromax became India's smartphone champion and proved that an Indian brand could stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the biggest names in the world.

But every entrepreneurial journey comes with a defining lesson.

Markets don't reward yesterday's success. They reward those who continue to innovate, adapt, and reinvent themselves.

One bold vision.
One defining decision.
One lesson every founder should remember.

One Decision, Infinite Possibilities | Chapter 03: Suchi Mukherjee

When everyone was building online marketplaces, Suchi Mukherjee imagined something bigger.

She envisioned a world where people wouldn't just shop—they'd discover, create, and be inspired. Long before "social commerce" became a buzzword, LimeRoad was already trying to redefine how India experienced fashion.

The vision was bold. The timing was early. The competition was relentless.

LimeRoad's journey reminds us that being first can spark a revolution—but lasting success belongs to those who continuously evolve.
