DoMS, MBA, IIT Kanpur, is pleased to announce an insightful panel discussion on "Well-being as an Advantage: Including Mental Health and DEI in Strategy."

We are privileged to host distinguished HR leaders—Gauri Das, Senior Vice President, HR at India Factoring & Finance Solutions; Santosh Kumar Padhy, Associate Director HR at Protiviti India; Sowmya Narayan, Chief People Officer at Uniqus Consultech; and Abhishek Gupta, Head HR at Zebpay. The session will be moderated by Sourav Majumdar, Assistant Professor at DoMS, IIT Kanpur.

This discussion will explore the evolving role of employee well-being, mental health, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in shaping modern HR strategies. The 53rd episode of K-aleidoscope at DoMS, MBA IIT Kanpur featured an insightful session with Mr. Asish Datta, COO & CFO of Congruent Info-Tech, on Self-Leadership: Your Gateway to Career Growth.
