SRIJAN 2026–27 | Day 4 Highlights

Students Orientation & Induction Programme – SRIJAN 2026–27 at Kanpur Institute of Technology and Pharmacy (KITP) was filled with positivity, learning, wellness, and joyful activities.

The day began with a peaceful prayer and morning assembly, setting a positive tone for the day. Students then participated in an energizing Yoga Session conducted by Mr. Deep Kumar Srivastava, FIC- Yoga Incharge, KIT, promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and mindfulness.

This was followed by an insightful Guest Lecture on Psychology Modules delivered by Dr. Shalini Vishwakarma, ASH Department, KIT, helping students understand the importance of psychological well-being, self-awareness, and positive thinking.

The learning continued with exciting interactive activities such as Guess the Words and Antakshari, encouraging creativity, communication, teamwork, and confidence among students.

After lunch, students enjoyed outdoor games and entertaining activities, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with laughter, enthusiasm, and team spirit.

SRIJAN 2026–27 continues to make the induction journey memorable through a perfect blend of learning, wellness, creativity, interaction, and fun!

Orientation Programme 2026 | KIT Kanpur

The Orientation Programme at Kanpur Institute of Technology continued with an insightful introduction to the various departments.

SRIJAN 2026–27 | Student Induction Programme – Day 3 Highlights

Day 3 of SRIJAN 2026–27 at Kanpur Institute of Technology and Pharmacy (KITP) was filled with inspiration, learning, awareness, and meaningful interactions. 🙏 The day began with a peaceful prayer session, creating a positive and energetic atmosphere for the activities ahead.

Students then enjoyed an inspiring movie screening of Raja Shivaji, offering valuable lessons on courage, leadership, determination, and patriotism.

The programme continued with an insightful Guest Lecture, providing students with valuable knowledge and motivation for their academic and professional journey.

A practical and highly informative Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Session was conducted by Dr. Rahul Kumar,consultant Emergency Medicine, Paras health, Where students learned about CPR, emergency response, food choke and essential life-saving techniques.

The day concluded with an engaging Alumni Interaction, giving students an opportunity to connect with alumni, gain career guidance, and learn from their experiences.

Day 4 of the Orientation Programme at Kanpur Institute of Technology was a wonderful blend of values, interaction, fun and talent!

The day began with an insightful Human Values Session conducted by Mrs. Pratya Singh, Assistant Dean – Student Welfare, inspiring the freshers to understand the importance of values, empathy, responsibility and positive relationships in both personal and professional life.

The learning continued with fun-filled games and engaging activities specially organised for the freshers, creating an energetic and joyful environment and encouraging teamwork and interaction among students.

Adding a musical touch to the day, Priyanshu Mishra, B.Tech Biotechnology final-year student, mesmerised everyone with his melodious voice and soulful singing performance. 🎶✨

Day 2 of the Orientation Programme at Kanpur Institute of Technology was filled with learning, guidance, confidence-building and creativity!

The session began with an English Diagnostic Test Session conducted by Mrs. Neelam Upadhyay, helping students understand and strengthen their English communication skills.
Mrs. Nishu Bhadoriya, Dean – Student Welfare, guided the freshers through various student activities and encouraged them to actively participate, explore their interests and develop themselves beyond academics.

The day also witnessed an exciting Talent Hunt for Freshers, where our enthusiastic newcomers came forward and showcased their diverse talents and skills on stage.

A wonderful day of learning, interaction, self-discovery and celebration of talent!

Day 2 | Students Induction Program – SRIJAN 2026

Students Induction Program – SRIJAN 2026 at Kanpur Institute of Technology and Pharmacy was filled with learning, creativity, fun, and meaningful interaction.

The day began with an informative and inspiring session on Training & Placement deliver by Ms. Hina seraj, training & Placement Officer, KIT, where students gained valuable insights into career opportunities, skill development, interview preparation, and the importance of building professional competencies.

The learning continued with an exciting, creating a lively and energetic atmosphere among the students. Students then showcased their creativity and talent through Rangoli and Photography Competitions, making the campus vibrant with colours and imagination.

After lunch, students participated enthusiastically in entertaining activities, including Passing the Parcel and Tambola, which encouraged interaction, teamwork, and joyful bonding among the new students.

Overall, Day 2 was a perfect blend of career guidance, creativity, participation, entertainment, and friendship, making the induction experience memorable for all.
