POSH - Prevention of Sexual Harassment is aimed at ensuring a safe, respectful and dignified work environment for everyone. The POSH Act, 2013 was enacted to prevent sexual harassment at the workplace and to provide a secure mechanism for awareness, prevention and redressal.

This training program JAGRITI - A Safer Tomorrow, Together, organised for teachers, holds great importance. It empowers faculty to understand their rights and responsibilities and to foster a culture of respect and safety on campus. The role play presented by the students in this program was very informative and made the concepts of awareness, respect and inclusion much more practical and impactful for all.

GHSIMR students visited ๐†๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ž๐ž ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐š๐ฅ๐ž for an enriching industrial exposure that offered valuable insights into the functioning of a manufacturing organisation.

During the visit, students witnessed the manufacturing and production processes of noodles, spices and other masala products. The Production Head shared an informative presentation covering the organisation, its operations, manufacturing practices and product portfolio.

The interactive session encouraged students to ask questions about production processes, product quality, quality standards and industry practices, helping them connect classroom concepts with real world applications.

The visit also included certificates and Goldiee Masale gift hampers for the students, making the experience both educational and memorable.

GHS-IMR celebrated its 30th Convocation with great enthusiasm, marking a significant milestone in the academic journey of its graduating students. The ceremony brought together distinguished academicians, institutional leaders, faculty members, students and their families to celebrate academic excellence and professional preparedness.

The ceremony was graced by ๐๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ. ๐’๐š๐ง๐ฃ๐ž๐ž๐ฏ ๐†๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ญ๐š, Vice Chancellor, Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture & Technology, Kanpur, as the ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ž๐Ÿ ๐†๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐€๐›๐ก๐ข๐ฌ๐ก๐ž๐ค ๐’๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ข๐š, Chairman, GHS-IMR, presided over the ceremony, with ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ก๐จ ๐. ๐Š๐š๐ซ, Member, Governing Council, also present.

A total of 51 students were awarded their PGDM diplomas, comprising 28 female and 23 male students. Of these, 36 students secured First Division, while 15 received Second Division, reflecting their dedication and perseverance.
