Please find below, the criteria for short-listing candidates for the written test :

- Candidates with Management Degree in Marketing (major) and should be graduating in 2015.

The process conducted would be as follows :

1. ITC Limited would short-list the candidates based on the list of candidates interested in this profile which would be provided by you.

The candidate will join at the position of Sales Trainee. Please find below the details of the job :

Sales Trainees will be on probation for the period of 1 year. After successful completion, they will be confirmed on the rolls of the Organization & will be given an independent market to handle. For the first six months - intensive and comprehensive training is provided to the Sales Trainees with a detailed exposure across

Channels & Product categories. Sales Trainees would undergo regular comprehensive evaluation. After successful completion of the training, a Sales Trainee will began handling a section under an Area Sales Executive's guidance.

The characteristics required for Sales Trainees are:

The candidate should have an inclination to Sales & Distribution.

The candidate should have good communication skills (i.e. written & spoken Hindi and English)and should display high levels of confidence.

The candidate should be willing to travel extensively.

The location for the profile will be Delhi NCR/Jaipur/Chandigarh/Jammu & Kashmir/Himachal Pradesh/Saharanpur/Lucknow/Eastern UP.

The CTC for the Sales Trainee profile will be approx. Rs. 3.5 lakhs (excluding medical reimbursements & Travelling reimbursements).
