His life reminds us that real strength lies in simplicity, compassion, and unwavering integrity.

Let us take inspiration from his vision and strive to build a society rooted in harmony, respect, and unity.

🧘‍♂️ Medicine heals the body, but yoga heals the whole being. 🌿
On this International Yoga Day, future doctors at Dr. N. Y. Tasgaonkar Institute of Medical Science embraced the ancient science of Yoga as a vital complement to modern medicine.

✨ “Yoga is the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, the harmony of the soul, and the symphony.”

With growing evidence on the role of yoga in managing stress, boosting immunity, improving cardiovascular health, and supporting mental well-being, it’s clear that Yoga and Allopathy can work hand in hand for holistic healing.

Let’s continue nurturing healers who care not just for the body—but for the whole human experience. 🫀🧠
