Building AI-Ready Governance for a Smarter Tomorrow.

Universal Ai University was proud to host an intensive AI Training Programme organised by MITRA on 6th & 7th May 2026, bringing together officials from key Government of Maharashtra departments including Urban Development, Rural Development, Water Supply & Sanitation, Revenue, Economics & Statistics, Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran, Directorate of Municipal Administration, and MITRA.

The programme focused on strengthening institutional capacity and accelerating the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in governance and public administration. Through expert-led sessions, hands-on workshops, collaborative discussions, and real-world AI applications, participants explored how AI can transform policy implementation, decision-making, citizen services, and administrative efficiency.

The training emphasized practical AI literacy, data-driven governance frameworks, responsible AI adoption, and the use of emerging open-source AI tools to build more responsive and future-ready public systems.

At Universal Ai University, we believe AI education must extend beyond classrooms and industries to create meaningful impact across governance, policy, and society.
