KATRAS COLLEGE, KATRASGARH
KATRAS College, Katrasgarh is a constituent unit of Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag, impacting instruction for Two-year Intermediate courses and Three-year Degree courses in the faculties of Science, Arts and commerce. It also runs a UGC sponsored course income tax, low & practice
The session starts from June every year.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Good manners show a man’s culture that he/she has inherited from his/her family. The college appreciates well be behavior and expects every student to maintains high word standard.
2. Admission is granted on the basis of merit and the rules of the Government / the University. Selection list is notified on the Notice Board on date announced by the College. Selected candidates must get themselves ensued in the courses of their choice as per schedule announced. If a student fails to do so, he will lose his claim to admission.
3. Every student must keep his/her Identity card safe. If the 1. Card is lost a duplicate card is issued after payment of a fine of Rs. 30/-
4. All students are expected to attend the flag hoisting ceremony the Republic and the in dependence Day.
5. Every student must attend at least 75% of this classes conducted. Failing which he/she will not be allowed to fill up Examination form.
6. Use of mobile/cell phone in the class-room is strictly prohibited.
7. RAGGING IS A COGNIGIBLE OFFENCE.
A student found guilty of ragging will be issued T.C. immediately.
8. Students/ Guardians must demand and get a receipt for every sort of payment made at the College Counter.
No Student/Guardian should pay more than the amount recorded in the receipt.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS SEEKING ADMISSION
Following documents are required at the time & submitting the Admission Forms:-
(i) Photo Copy/Attested Copy of Admit Card.
(ii) Photo Copy/Attested Copy of School leaving & Character Certificates.
(iii) Photo Copy/attested Copy of Mark Sheet.
(iv) Photo Copy/attested Copy of Caste Certificate (only to ST/SC/BC/OBC Applicants).
(v) Photo Copy/Attested Copy of income Certificate only for OBC.
(vi) Photo Copy/ Attested Copy of Certificate regarding sports & games, NSS Ex-Army, Physically handicapped or any cultural activities i.e. music, painting.
Admission to Reserved Seats will be granted only on the submission of caste certificate.
Students should be responsible for submitting all kinds of forms (Registration, Examination, Admission, Caste Certificate etc) with in the date notified, No consideration will be made there after, their application will not even be forwarded is any case.
