The session begins with Introduction to Information Disorder by Dr. Satish R, Assistant Professor, Dept. of JMC, SRM IST, Ramapuram, on 27th February 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM via Zoom.

An initiative dedicated to strengthening media literacy and critical thinking among students.
Organised by the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, SRM IST, in association with the Young Journalists’ Association, this session features Ms. Induja Ragunathan, Media Literacy Trainer, who will help us navigate misinformation and understand the responsibility that comes with consuming and sharing content.
