𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: 📢
- 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙩 𝙏𝙖𝙡𝙠: Dr. K. Vijaya Nirmala, Professor & Dean, School of Commerce and Management, Audisankara Deemed to be University, Gudur, A.P., delivered an engaging session on legal and ethical frameworks for start-ups.
- 𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙏𝙤𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙨: The talk covered company formation basics, registrations, contracts, IP, tax and labour compliances, and ethical decision-making in early-stage ventures.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: 💡
- 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨: Students gained clarity on compliance requirements and ethical responsibilities in building start-ups.
- 𝙀𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙨𝙚𝙩: Participants were encouraged to adopt responsible, law-abiding, and value-driven approaches to innovation and venture creation.

- 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Dr. R. Sravanthi, Head of the Department, appreciated the academic toppers of ECE and acknowledged their outstanding performance.

We are delighted to share the success of our 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 (under IETE Professional Society) on "Practical RF & Microwave Design with ADS & HFSS" held from 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟯–𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: 📢
- 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙩 𝙎𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨: Dr. B. Chandrababu Naik, Assistant Professor, Department of ECE, NIT Tiruchirappalli, delivered in-depth sessions on RF & microwave concepts and tool-based design.
- 𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨: The workshop covered transmission lines, S-parameters, impedance matching, filters, antennas, and microwave components with industry-oriented design flows.
- 𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨-𝙤𝙣 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚: Participants worked on practical design and simulation exercises using ADS and HFSS 💻.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: 💡
- 𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨: Provided students with a stronger understanding of RF & microwave design principles and simulation methodologies.
- 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙊𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨: Exposed students to career paths in RF, microwave, and antenna design domains.
- 𝙄𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜: Encouraged students to explore practical, simulation-driven solutions for real-world communication challenges 🚀.
