The Aerospace Engineering Society brings to you its latest initiative: Journal Club.

Whether you’ve got plenty of experience in research but can’t find a suitable group to discuss your ideas; or are just an amateur beginner willing to kickstart your journey in core domains of
Aerospace but got no clue how to do it; or are a true research monomaniac delicately hanging between the above two brackets, we’ve got all of you covered.

The first session of Journal Club is scheduled on and at -
Date/Time - 16th March from 6-7 pm
Venue - Seminar Room, Department of Aerospace Engineering, IIT Kharagpur,
Presented by Ms. Gauri Wadhwa on Film Flows over a Cylinder which would include a small demonstration too.

With the onset of the winter vacation, we are back with our Alum Talk Series.

Next up, we have Ms Shilpa Sajeev, a 2nd yr PhD student at Texas A & M University, to give us insights on her “Journey as a UG Researcher”. Tune in to know how you can enrich your learning experience and add to your knowledge of the subject while working on the many Course Projects throughout a semester. Hear more about her Bachelors and Masters thesis work and how she discovered where her research interests lay through this session and self-introspect to find your calling in the process!
