Fascinated about Protein Structure prediction in the era of AI- Alpha Fold- Google DeepMind?

Molecular Plant and Microbiology Laboratory (MPML), RKMVC College is going to organise a 4 days hands-on workshop on Identification and structure prediction of protein through Alpha Fold (DeepMind).
Outline Course Structure:
1. Identification of target protein from genome data.
2. Characterization of protein through motif, domain structure
3. Phylogenetic analysis
4. In silico protein characterization
5. Structure prediction
6. AI driven structure prediction of protein- Alpha Fold (DeepMind)
Registration : Rs. 2000 (Discounted fees)
