“I love to express with actions. So, I made dancing my language. For me, dancing isn't an ordinary co-circular activity rather a form of art that makes me feel free. I started dancing a very long time ago and Bollywood played a huge part in inspiring me.

My insecurities somewhere or the other held me until I decided to break out of them. This has made me realise that I was holding back a beautiful world which I should have explored a long time ago. Now I don’t stop myself from feeling the music and let it control my body.

Surprisingly what started with just admiring the moves of Prabhudeva & Madhuri and now Jimin & J-Hope from BTS, has now led to start my very own dancing YouTube channel.

I am using the platform to grow out of my insecurities, gain confidence to tick points off my exciting wish list and hopefully inspire people to do their thing without feeling insecure. I would love to explore other dance forms and cultures through dance. This will help me appreciate dance as an art form more, and I will be able to provide quality content to my viewers. This is just the start of my Dancing Journey and I believe I have a long way to go.”

“The power of imagination makes life more exciting. And the best way to express your imagination is through the art of drawing. Well, at least for me.
My love for drawing started ever since I can remember. Be it scribbling on walls as a little child, drawing in art books as a school student, or doodling on the flyleaves of my books during boring lectures in college.
I always looked at drawing as a hobby. But ever since COVID-19 started and I got a little bit more time on my hand, I realised that it is not just a hobby, it rather is my way of meditation. Whenever I feel lost, sad, or even stressed, I just pick up a piece of paper and start drawing. It gives me a sense of calmness and peace.
The style of drawing I love is animation. I love recreating cartoon characters, merging different characters, adding my personal touch to them. Recently, I started trying my hands on something new - Digital drawing. And I started an Instagram page with a name that pretty much defines who I am - where I post about my digital art journey.
This is just the start of my Art Journey and I believe I have a long way to go.”

As a highly dedicated team-oriented individual, throughout the college years I had the opportunity to be a part and leader of committees like Student Council, Sponsorship, Public Relations, Sports, MarCell and Placement. Working with teams move up my learning curve. The exposure and skills I gained, shaped up a smooth corporate experience and also made me take a decision of shifting my domain to Business Consulting and Analytics.
To create my own identity and sharpen my skill set, I educated myself with the desirable skills like Interpersonal, Quantitative and analytical approach, Financial and Business Modelling to match Industry standards and started representing myself on LinkedIn. Attending seminars and workshops on Resume building, Networking and Consulting Life gave me insights to add more value to myself and thereby prepare me to add more value to workplace ecosystem.

In order for industry experts and companies to identify me, I actively engaged and created relevant connections on LinkedIn with people currently employed by EY. Having organic and fruitful conversations about their work culture and experiences paved my way to apply for summer internship program. Networking and effective targeting made huge impact on the prospects.
EY provided me the perfect atmosphere to learn, grow, interact and most importantly, enjoy doing what I’m supposed to do. Despite the work from home limitations, the learning process was not hampered. I had the privilege to exhibit my research report and experience the working culture. My research report was acknowledged and well appreciated. The expertise and valuable feedback shared by my mentor encouraged me to strive for better.

To stand out from the rest you’ve to be patient and hardworking. Focusing on aspects like creating your Personal brand on LinkedIn, professional networking, keen participation in committees and doing certified courses will be the small stairs to achieve your target. Striking a balance between Academics and Extra-curriculars is quite essential for holistic development. Be prepared, be realistic and be hopeful.

Learning to code is the new literacy. It is about so much more than memorizing syntax rules and vocabulary. It’s about exploring, discovering, seeing the bigger picture. There are no right answers here, but there are endless paths to pursue. And hence we here is some insight on some basic tools and programming languages required for becoming a web developer.
