World Breastfeeding Week 2025...
Dept of OBG Nursing organized and 6th Semester BSc Nursing Students of Amrita College of Nursing, Kochi conducted an awareness program at Amrita Hospital Kochi on 5th August 2025.
The event educated antenatal mothers and postnatal mothers and families on the importance of exclusive breastfeeding and featured an educational act, role play, health education which cover all aspects of breast feeding.

Dr. Radhamany K, Emiratus Professor, Amrita Hospital given presidential address, Prof Anju Philip, HOD, OBG Nursing revealed this year’s theme: “Invest in Breastfeeding, Invest in Future”, a call to support mothers throughout their journey.

Proud to be shaping future healthcare leaders & supporting maternal-child health!
