A proud global milestone for CVV.

CVV has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with University of Maryland, Baltimore County, strengthening its global academic presence and advancing the vision of taking Indian Knowledge Systems to an international audience.

As part of this collaboration, 12 UMBC students will participate in a credit-based, residential Gurukula programme at the Chinmaya International Foundation. The experience is designed to offer an immersive engagement with India’s knowledge traditions through a holistic and experiential learning approach.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Prof. Dr. Manoj Kumar Arora, Prof. Dr. Nagaraj K. Neerchal (UMBC), and Prof. Dr. Ramesh Pattni, Head – Centre of Excellence for IKS-CKS Integration and Innovation.

The initiative begins with a Plant Sapling Programme on 15 May 2026 and will continue until 5 June 2026, encouraging students, faculty, and staff to come together in meaningful environmental action.
