Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women everywhere. 🌸

Self-defence reminds us that no one sets boundaries for a woman except herself. When women are empowered with knowledge, confidence, and skills, they become unstoppable forces for change.

Let us continue to educate, empower, and uplift women so they can stand strong, protect themselves, and shape a better future for society.

✨ Train the people, strengthen the nation.

Happy Women’s Day! 💚
