The book examines the changing patterns of labour migration from Northeast India to Delhi, with particular attention to migrants’ employment in the service sector, their experiences of urban life, discrimination and housing, and the social and familial consequences of migration.

This important work contributes to the understanding of migration, labour, urbanisation, and the changing socio-economic landscape of Northeast India.

We look forward to sharing them in due course.

Heartfelt congratulations and sincere thanks to everyone who made this initiative meaningful and successful.
