The inspiring session on Wellness & Mindfulness by Brahma Kumari Sister Asmita and the Brahma Kumaris Brahma Kumaris Team at IQ City UWSB Kolkata motivated the students to introspect, empower themselves and keep their minds balanced. The session was highly impactful with all the fun. activities, interactions, stories and heartfelt songs that were shared.
It motivated all young minds to be confident, compassionate and purposeful.

The 10 Crore Drug Free pledge was also taken by the students and the faculty members. It was a reminder to all of us to be committed to a healthier and brighter tomorrow.

The MBA 2026–28 induction programme commenced with watering a sapling and a prayer for harmony. Principal Prof. (Dr.) Meenakshi Khemka welcomed the new batch, emphasizing skills, critical thinking, teamwork and human relations in an AI-enabled world. Industry leaders Mr. Arunendu Basu, Vice President & Head–HR, India Power; Ms. Swati Ghosh, Assistant Vice President, Srei Equipment Finance Ltd.; and Mr. Vineet Samvedi, Assistant General Manager, Emami Ltd., shared corporate insights. Alumni Mr. Aayush Verma and Ms. Sarmistha Bose inspired the students by sharing their campus experiences.

The Induction of students for the BBA program began with the Vedic hymn "Sangachhadwam", a prayer for harmony and togetherness. This was followed by the watering of a sapling. Dr. Himanshu Sharma, Founding Director and Prof Dr. Meenakshi Khemka, Principal, inspired students to start their journey towards a professional degree. We were honoured to felicitate and welcome our esteemed guests, Mr. Santanu Singha Roy (Reliance Retail) and Mr. Raja Basu (IBM), along with our alumna Ms. Nikhita Biswas (JW Marriott Kolkata), making the occasion truly memorable.
