A research paper titled “Leveraging Blockchain for Enhanced EHR Access Monitoring: Integrating Context-Aware and Attribute-Based Tools for Comprehensive Data Security” has been published in IET Blockchain.

The research work was carried out by Prof. Rajesh Bose, Prof. Sandip Roy, and their co-authors. This achievement has added another milestone to the research contributions of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, JIS University.

Proud Moment for the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, JIS University!

Today, 30th May 2026, I had the privilege of being present at the University of Calcutta, Salt Lake Campus, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM to mentor and guide one of our B.Tech 6th Semester student project teams during the ACM Kolkata Chapter Computer Science Project Contest 2026.

Our team earned a place in the Final Round after being shortlisted among 50 participating groups based on the evaluation of their project proposal on 17th May 2026. As finalists, the students were invited to demonstrate their innovative project before an esteemed jury panel and fellow participants.

Throughout the event, I supervised and guided the students during the project demonstration and evaluation process. It was inspiring to witness their dedication, technical expertise, and confidence while presenting their work on such a prestigious platform.

Congratulations to our talented students for reaching the finals and representing JIS University with excellence. Wishing them continued success in their future academic and research endeavors.
