📌 Here's the Exam Strategy Explained:

🔵 Tier 1 — CUET PG Economics (Your Base Exam — Non-Negotiable)
CUET PG is the single most important exam for MA Economics aspirants. One exam covers 60 to 70 colleges including DSE (Delhi School of Economics), JNU, BHU, University of Hyderabad, South Asian University, and many more. Maximum colleges. One syllabus. Start here.

🔵 Tier 2 — Add These Based on Your Target
- ISI MSQE — For Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. ISI conducts its own entrance exam separately. Maths-heavy. High difficulty. Worth attempting if ISI is your dream.
- IIT JAM Economics — For IIT campuses. Separate entrance. Syllabus overlaps with CUET PG but with a stronger maths and statistics component.
- GATE Economics — For research-oriented programs and PSU opportunities. Niche but valuable.
- Madras School of Economics — Note: MSE is NOT under CUET PG. It conducts its own entrance exam. Add it separately if MSE is on your list.
- Ashoka University — Separate application process.

🔵 Minimum Viable Strategy:
CUET PG + one or two additional exams based on your target colleges. Attempting ISI MSQE and IIT JAM alongside CUET PG is perfectly manageable if you start in September.
