In yet another phenomenal feat for ADR at NUJS, the NUJS ADR Society is delighted to announce the incredible success at the ADR-ODR Ad Hoc Negotiation Competition, Dubai, 2021.

In what was one of the first offline competitions since the pandemic, the team placed 2nd out of 20 teams from 18 nationalities across the world, and was awarded a gold medal. The team comprised Indrayani Bhadra, Suraj Kumar and Chirag Mittal (from R-L)

Dear all, as the academic year comes to a close, the ADR Society is delighted to announce yet another fantastic outcome - from the 3rd TNNLU Med Arb Competition.
Our mediator Sri Hari Mangalam, was both the best Mediator-Arbitrator from Preliminary Rounds (with a cash prize of 3000 rupees) and the Winner, Best Mediator-Arbitrator (with a cash prize of 8000 rupees).
Sakshi Agarwal and Khushi Dharewa were adjudged the best Client Counsel team in the Preliminary Rounds and awarded a cash prize of 6000 rupees.

We congratulate them on their brilliant success and look forward to yet another year of likewise achievements in ADR!

WINNERS (Prevailing Team in the Negotiation Finals) - Singapore Management University comprising Ivy, Rei and Julian. They win:

RUNNERS-UP (Losing Team in the Negotiation Finals) - Tamil Nadu National Law University comprising Tamassa, Nilanjan and Anasuya. They win:

We were honoured to have Mr. Krishnava Dutt (Managing Partner at Argus Partners) deliver the Closing Address for the ceremony. We would also like to express our gratitude to Sofia Giannopoulou for announcing our Special Awards, Mr. Roar Thun Wægger (Fasilitator-Wægger Negotiation Institute AS- Finals Assessor) for announcing the Mediation Segment Awards, and Mr. Prasanth VG (Partner at J. Sagar Associates) for announcing the Negotiation Segment Awards.
