Anti-Ragging Week was observed across all campuses of EIILM-Kolkata from 12–18 August 2026 through a poster-making competition aimed at raising awareness, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment, and reinforcing a zero-tolerance policy against ragging.

The award ceremony was graced by Shri Subhankar Biswas, ACP, North Bidhannagar, who presented the awards and encouraged students to uphold a respectful and ragging-free campus culture.

Two of our students, Tanvi Harendra Rana and Aratrika Ganguly recently returned from an enriching Study Abroad Summer Programme at CBS International Business School, Germany—bringing back new experiences, global perspectives, and memories that will stay with them long after the journey ends.

At EIILM-Kolkata, learning doesn’t stop at the classroom door. We believe in preparing students to step into the world—literally!

EIILM-Kolkata celebrated India’s 80th Independence Day on 15th August 2026 with a vibrant celebration of patriotism, culture, and creativity. The programme began with Flag Hoisting and a tribute to our martyrs, followed by captivating performances by students and faculty, including a theatrical rendition from Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay’s Anandamath.

स्वप्रकाशम् – Swaprakasham (Unfold the Spirit Within) captured the essence of the celebration—a reminder that India’s future is shaped by the awakening of its people, the courage of its youth, and the values that guide them.

EIILM-Kolkata Centre for Leadership & Ethics (EKCLE) warmly welcomed its newest PG batches in the streams: MBA Business Analytics & Data Science, MBA in HR Specialisation with SHRM-CP, and MBA Cloud ERP with SAP via Samadhritam.

Adding to the occasion were two distinguished Guests of Honour—Mr. Viqaruddin Surki, Delivery Head, IBM Innovation Centre for Education, IBM Expert Labs, and Mr. Chandramouleeswaran Gopalakrishnan, SAP Solution Architect—who engaged with the new batches and shared valuable insights from their professional journeys.

EIILM-Kolkata proudly welcomed the newest UG batches of BBA (H) and BBA (H) Hospital Management, BCA (H), BBA (H) Media Management and BBA (H) Sports Management at the DN-9 campus, marking the start of an exciting academic journey.

The students received their welcome kits and were warmly greeted by our Chairman and Director, Prof. (Dr.) R. P. Banerjee, who interacted with them and shared his vision for the leaders of tomorrow.
