TKM School of Architecture organised a Health and Wellness Awareness Programme in collaboration with Qure1, Kollam.
The programme began with an inaugural session featuring expert talks on physical and mental health. Participants had access to health registration, vital checks, Body Composition Analysis (BCA), and professional consultations in family medicine, psychology, and nutrition. This marked the start of a series of ongoing mind and fitness focused initiatives designed to support the holistic well-being of students and staff.
