📢 National Workshop on AI & Academia 🤖📚
🗓️ Held on 8th July 2025
📍 Jamia Salafiya Pharmacy College – Seminar Hall

The Department of Pharmacology proudly organized a One-Day National Workshop titled "AI & Academia: Integrating Artificial Intelligence Tools for Enhancing Academic and Research Writing."

💡 The event featured two expert resource persons who conducted highly engaging and insightful sessions, with the active participation of over 60 delegates from various institutions.

✅ Key Highlights: 🔹 Hands-on training on AI tools for academic writing, literature review, plagiarism detection, citation management & data interpretation
🔹 Practical guidance on enhancing PowerPoint presentations using AI
🔹 Interactive sessions with enthusiastic feedback from participants

🚫 International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking – Awareness Session 🚫
As part of the global observance on June 26, 2025, an awareness talk was organized at Jamia Salafiya Pharmacy College and VHSE, Kondotty.

The session was led by Ms. Nadeena Sherin, a passionate and knowledgeable 4th-year Pharm D student of Jamia Salafiya Pharmacy College. She spoke on the theme “Evidence is Clear: Invest in Prevention”, highlighting the importance of early intervention, education, and awareness in the fight against drug abuse.
