The most important phase of the child’s school life and his/her career is the Five Year phase which comprises of std. 8th to 12th. During this phase, the child has the steering controls of his/her life’s journey and takes the important decisions about the path s/he would choose from the crossroads. But for this decision to be appropriate, his/her special talents, strengths and weaknesses have to b
e identified and put to the best use with the help of essential resources. As per our great Hindu epic Mahabharata, Guru Drona had to first identify the skills, which were to be developed in each of the Pandavas. A wrong identification and understanding would have led to Arjuna being taught the mace (Gada) and Bhima being taught archery. This would have been a terrible mismatch and would have undermined the skills of both the great heroes / warriors who had the potential of becoming skilled masters. This would have led to a catastrophe-defeat of the Pandavas in the battle of Kurukshetra. Thus, every child has a distinct potential but identifying the right aptitude of the child and providing him/her the appropriate training and guidance becomes really important. This is the prime objective of the Pre-Nurture & Career Foundation Division of ALLEN. During this phase of three years, the child would be screened through a number of tests, many national and international evaluations in each subject. A detailed analysis of all these tests using a time-tested scientific method will ensure that the right skills of the child are identified. The child would then be provided with rigorous training in that particular direction and s/he would surely come out with flying colors.
