We are looking for a pleasant and friendly Front Office Cum Admin Executive to join our team! As a Front Office Cum Admin Executive, you will be responsible for different receptionist and clerical duties at our office.

Job description:

• Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere

• Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner.

• Answer the phone, take messages communicate through whatsapp and other social media.

• Provide routine information on institute policies and procedures.

• Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.

• Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms.

• Inform students about the courses offered and the tuition fees.

• Follow-up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.

• Perform other clerical receptionist duties
