On 15 July 2026, Mr. Perzada Khurshid Ahmad sb formally assumed charge as the Headmaster of Govt PM SHRI Secondary School Kutlari.

He was accompanied by Mr. Ali Mohammad Lone,sb, ZEO Karalpora, along with other esteemed staff members. Upon his arrival, he was accorded a warm and cordial welcome by the school staff and the local community.

Among those present to welcome him were Mr. Manzoor ul Hasan Khan,sb (Chairman, Village Education Committee) (VEC); Mr. Javid Ahmad Shah sb; (Retired Tehsildar) )Mr. Nazir Ahmad Pir sb (Reired Ziladar Irrigation Officer); Mr. Shad sb,(Senior Teacher and Patron of the ReT Forum,) Mr. Mehraj Din Peer sb, (Senior Teacher, PM SHRI Secondary School Kutlari) and Mr. Shabir Ahmad Tedwa sb (School Nodal Officer, District Nodal officer Seasonal Centers Kupwara.

*Office of the Complex Head Kutlari*

*on 15/05/2026 a Seerat Conference *Quiz Competition* was held in Complex Kutlari, in which all affiliated schools participated with great enthusiasm. The programme was well organized and conducted successfully in a disciplined and academic atmosphere.
In the competition, UPS Drungsoo secured the 1st position, UPS Shahnagri secured the 2nd position while UPS Khudi secured 3rd postion.The participating students displayed excellent knowledge, confidence, and competitive spirit throughout the event.
The judging assignment was performed by Mr. Nazir Ahmad Tantary, Teacher, Mr. Showkat Ahmad Bhat, Teacher, and Mr. Mudasir Majeed Ganie, Teacher. The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Mr. Abdul Gaffar Thokar in an effective and impressive manner.
At the end of the programme, the position holders were appreciated with trophies and certificates by the HOI, Mtr. Saleema Ji, who congratulated all the participants and appreciated the efforts of the organizers for making the event successful.
