International Conference on "Recent Advances in Science" @ Invertis University, Bareilly
Department of Applied Sciences & Humanities, Invertis University, Bareilly organised a two - days international conference on April 7, 8, 2017. The conference turned out to be very useful for students, faculty members, researchers and young scientists. Dr.R.K.Singh, Director & Vice-Chancellor, IVRI, Bareilly was the Chief Guest and delivered a speech about the essence of science in our lives. Dr.Mohammed Israil, Professor, Department of Earth Sciences, IIT, Roorkee was the key -note speaker. Dr.S.K.Avasthi, Department of Chemistry Delhi University, Delhi was the guest of honour. Dr.Avasthi intensely described about the various diseases like, malaria, cancer, tuberculosis etc. and also presented the data of the deaths caused by these harmful diseases, in India. Dr.Jagdish Rai, Vice - Chancellor, Invertis University Bareilly, delivered the welcome speech and elaborated on the recent advancements in science. Dr.Umesh Gautam, Chancellor , Invertis University, Bareilly congratulated the organizers for the grant success of the conference. Dr.K.K.Dubey, Convener, Dr.K.K.Sharma, Co -Convener, Mr.Ashish Tiwari, Organizing Secretary and Dr.S.P.Sharma, HOD - Applied Sciences & Humanities, deserved a special appreciation for organising the conference.
