Goel Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences( 960) , Lucknow celebrated National Pharmacy Week (NPW) 2025 with great enthusiasm and active participation from students, faculty members, and invited guests.
*Theme - "Pharmacists as Advocates of Vaccination* ”
The objective of the celebration was to highlight the role of pharmacists in healthcare, promote professional responsibility, and encourage students to develop both academic and co-curricular skills.
In NPW 2025 Prof.( Dr.) Karuna Shanker Shukla ( Director GIPS- 960) motivated to Faculty mambers and Students for conducting the several official activities related to the theme.
Under the supervision of All Respected Dignitaries several activities conducted with full of enthusiasm.
1) *Scientific Sessions* ( Guest Lecturer, Workshop, Poster Presentation,Wall Painting and Rangoli)
2) *Sport Activities*( Vollyball , Kabaddi,Kho-Kho and Tug of War)

We are delighted to share that our talented students showcased exceptional research potential and communication skills at the 37th Annual Conference of the Indian Pharmacy Graduates Association (IPGA), held on 8th November 2025 at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU), Lucknow.
💫 Under the valuable supervision and mentorship of Prof. (Dr.) Karuna Shanker Shukla, Prof. (Dr.) Bandana Singh, Prof. (Dr.) Sunil Kumar Raman, and Mr. Krishna Kumar, our students actively participated in poster and oral presentation sessions, earning well-deserved recognition for their innovative ideas and scientific excellence.
🏆 Achievements:
✨ Mr. Abhay Tiwari (M. Pharm, Pharmaceutics – II Year) secured 3rd Prize in Oral Presentation – Category 1: Drug Design, Discovery, Formulation, and Development.
✨ Mr. Harsh (M. Pharm, Pharmaceutics – II Year) won 2nd Prize in Poster Presentation – Category 1: Drug Discovery, Design, Synthesis, Formulation, and Development.
✨ Mr. Aditya Adarsh and Mr. Anshu Upadhyay (B. Pharm – IV Year) bagged 3rd Prize in Poster Presentation – Category 2: Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy & Phytochemistry.
🏅 Their achievements reflect the institute’s continued commitment to nurturing research aptitude, scientific curiosity, and academic brilliance among budding pharmacists.

It is great privilege for us
that on 11th October 2025, Goel Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Lucknow conducted a guest lecturer on Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT). Our keynote Speaker Mr.Ajay Singh from NIPER Raibareli inspired and guided pharmacy students in their preparation journey. The session aimed to boost confidence, provide strategic insights, and emphasize the importance of GPAT for future academic and professional opportunities.
