Ltd., a company registered in accordance with the Companies Act, 1956 and VAS is a flagship company which has an assortment of businesses under its umbrella, represented by its Chairman and Managing Director Mr. have partnership with Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission where it aims to skill over 4 million youth by the end of the 12th Five Year Plan. In order to achieve this target and provid

e employable skills to the youth of the State, UPSDM has been instituted. Based on the learnings and experiences of other states, the Government of Uttar Pradesh has developed a unique structure for UPSDM. It acts as an integrated mission which combines the efforts of various State Departments in achieving the skill development targets for the State. UPSDM is the implementing agency for skill development targeted at enhancing employability in Uttar Pradesh, subsuming the targets of various State Departments such as Rural Development, Urban Development, Labour, Minority Welfare, Social Welfare, etc. VAS KGI started with five districts and now there are total of nine districts where our training centers are being run. Each district has its district coordinator. The strategy involves formulation of batches consisting of 27 students and then the students are trained on subject of health care which includes preaching and training on Bed Side Assistant and General Duty Assistant. Apart from the health care course we also offer training and education in Solar Energy, Accounting, Beautician, and Business and Commerce. Each course is of minimum 4 months and maximum of 6 months duration. Specialized trainers are hired from across the country who would provide the best to the students. Certificates given on completion of course is issued and approved by government bodies such as UPSDM, UGC and PMKVY. After learning such skills a student became eligible in getting reputed and secure jobs. is currently having 54 Centres in different districts of Uttar Pradesh where more than 10000 students have been trained or on going training process. have placed 3000 students till date.
